I just found this team.
I love to jump rope and I use it often as a part of my circuit training. Nothing keeps my heart rate up like jump rope.
I usually do the elliptical for 5 minutes/jump rope 100x then back to elliptical for 5 and jump rope again 100x. I do this until I've jump 1,000x.
It's a killer workout and I burn tons of calories fast.
If you will do what you CAN.... God will do what you CAN'T.
