So far I can only do about 20 in a row and a max of 50 but it is a lot better than nothing!

Do you have a jump rope? If you do, just start by seeing how many "Jumps" you can get in a row. My plan is to do that once a day. It will increase with time.

I feel the same way. It's amazing how I used to be able to do this for hours, now I'm lucky to get 20 jumps in a row!

I haven't jumped rope since i was about 10 -- about 45 years ago.

I did jump rope with my niece a few months ago, and I think I lasted all of about 30 seconds. But i've been reading about the cardio benefits of jump rope, and really want to do this. I just wondered if i can do this now?

First say to yourself what you would be; and then do what you have to do.
