This isnt as easy as it sounds. I used to jump rope all the time when I was little and thought I could just pick it back up again. I am shooting for 100 jumps today. 50 with my right leg in front and 50 with my left leg in front.

I just read an article by Chad Waterbury and he said that the best warm up for any exercise is to jump rope for 5 minutes. I went out and bought a rope. I look forward to many minutes of jumping with you guys everyday!
