Jump rope lover here. I've been checking in on this team for months but never saw much activity until now. I love jumping rope, it is one of my main forms of cardio, and was dying to share and compare my experiences with others.
I jump rope 2-3 hours throughout the week in 30 and 40 minute intervals. I workout to the Spark jump rope video (I jump all the way through, no marching in place) and at the end of the 10 mins. I stretch for a couple of minutes then do the 10 mins. again. I also have a dvd called Aerojump by Michael Olijade. I do one of the segments that are approx. 20 minutes - stretch - then do another if I am not too tired.
I recently purchased another one of his dvd's called aerosculpt/jump c.t.b.s. (cut the bull sh*t) and will do it tomorrow. It's 55 minutes and looks like it could flatten me - so I may not complete it.
