hey glad you made it to the jumping to your way to healthy life stlye, about type of jumrope,i think jumping in a soft carpet might be cool.
I'm apple of Gods eyes,my life/body is EVIDENCE of His work.
I dusted off my jump rope a few days ago and thought I would give it another go. Starting out small, about 50 jumps at a time. So far so good. But I will take the advice to increase it, at least a little every day. I'm interested in the rubber mat, is there a special kind? I'm jumping on concrete and would appreciate any tips to make it less stressful on the legs.
