I've been jumping rope for a few months now. It was really hard at first. I went from being the double dutch queen as a teen to miss clumsy jumper as an adult! It took me forever to get the rhythm BUT I GOT IT NOW!!! I started jumping doing coach Nicole's 10 minute demo and now I just love it! It's simple and inexpensive AND I can do it anywhere. My exercise choices are 10-20 minutes of jumping rope followed by interval walking 30-45 minutes 3-4 days week (sometimes Leslie Sansone's WATP videos). I do moderate strength training too. I hope I can handle some of the jump rope challenges this team has to offer.
