I've also done the same - and due not being able to do impact exercises, I can ONLY do them on the trampoline -
IMO (I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong) but I honestly think the calories burned is the same on the trampoline as on the floor... You gotta look at how hard your heart is working!

I started a new routine, doing Coach Nicole's 10 minute jumprope cardio 3 times through for a total of a 30 minute cardio session.
But...I started doing it on my trampoline, which is really fun (without the real jumprope, of course).
I jump very vigourously and it does get my heartrate way up there so I know it's a good cardio workout but I was wondering if anyone knows about how many calories you burn doing this on a trampoline versus on the floor?
