Hi everyone, I started a new routine, doing Coach Nicole's 10 minute jumprope cardio 3 times through for a total of a 30 minute cardio session. But...I started doing it on my trampoline, which is really fun (without the real jumprope, of course). I jump very vigourously and it does get my heartrate way up there so I know it's a good cardio workout but I was wondering if anyone knows about how many calories you burn doing this on a trampoline versus on the floor? Thank you!
