Butterflywithin...I'd like to say congratulations on how far you've come so far! You have come a long way from your starting weight and that is no easy feat. We are all here for one another so let us know if you have any questions or just need some motivation! Good luck to you!

oh, forgot to say, as for tracking the goals, go to the main team page, and go to the sticky topic "Jump rope Challenge" and just post there how many or how long you jumped that day.

Dec 2008-Dec 2009 I faithfully maintained a 107-109... Unfortantely after Dec 2009, I let myself get back to a 115.6 - I'm back on track and am going to get back to my maintaining range again!

Hello and welcome to the team - I'm currently off this challenge until my knee (pre-patellar bursitis) is all healed... but I'll be back forsure!! I love Jump roping - awesome way to burn those calories!!

Hi all! I'm "new". It's been over a year since I've been here at SP. There are many changes and it looks like there's a ton of great stuff going on here.

I LOVE this challenge. I just so happened to buy me a jump rope a few months ago and started jumping. I was amazed at how tough it was. I did 30 minutes of jumping, but it was more like intervals, as I can't sustain the pace. But it was fun!

I'm still trying to understand how to track my goals for the team, etc, same with the calorie tracking.
