Have just started jumping and am so excited about it!! The only thing is that I think I overdid it a little bit the first few weeks so now both my knees really hurt and I guess I'll have to take a short break. Is very frustrating when all I really wanna do is JUMP!!! :)
Does anyone else get real sore knees? Was thinking of getting an exercise mat to jump on instead of the carpet. Can anyone recommend this - you think it'll work?
Am very much up for any jump challenge - which ones are going on at the moment?
