Hey Sass,

I'm so impressed that you've been able to lose 17 pounds in 3 months. I've been at this for a year and lost and regained for a net 0. I'm not giving up however. I see you walk for 4 miles everyday. I only work out 3 days a week (at the gym) that includes an hour of strength training and 30 minutes of cardio. I'm doing the 10-minute jump rope vide and that is really great. YOu've inspired me to try to add cardio everyday. Now that the weather's warmer maybe early morning walks with the dogs wouldn't be so bad.

As for jumping, build back up to where you were. You'll get there! You've already accomplished so much!

emoticon I just ran across this team when I was trying to do the 10 minute jump rope workout. I could not do more than 2 minutes!! I now realize just how out of shape I am, I used to be able to jump a long time,but this was very challlenging for me. It was just then that I realized that I need to do more to get my stamina back. I have been doing Weight Watchers since Jan, also joined SP at the same time. I am down 17 1/2 lbs, I was hoping to be down more, but you have good weeks & not so good weeks, but I refuse to give up. I am a very determined person, once I set my mind on something. I have been doing the Leslie Sansone 4 mile walk everyday & trying to do strength training at least 2x a week, so I am very focused on my goal. Any suggestions as to how to begin jumping safely would be greatly appreciated. Lots of luck to everyone, Sassiemoticon
