I love jump roping, but am so out of shape, used to be in the military & am trying to get back the body I used to have when I was in by the time I'm the big 40. I found the 10-minute jump rope cardio & jumped for 10 minutes. I really couldn't do all of the things she did, so I went & just did normal jump roping.
