Hi! My name is Tiffany and I'm a graduate student at Indiana University. I'm getting my degree in Counseling and I sit for most of the day at my internship. I've gained about 15 pounds since starting school here due to the sitting that accompanies my chosen field. I LOVE what I do, but I need to get more active in order to return to my normal weight and to maintain it in the future! I just got a personal trainer to help me add in exercise (hopefully 3-4 times a week!), so I wanted to incorporate a diet as well. I've tried becoming healthier in the past, but I give up after a couple weeks. I really hope I can do it this time!
