HI and welcome. I would gradually increase your time and amount you jump. Its depends in your fitness level how long you should jump.

Howdy. I am new to this board. I live in Stockholm Sweden. Born and raised in New York!

I wanna jumprope. Gotta know the in's and out's. Is there a certain number of minutes to begin or a certain number of 'jumps' to begin?

I usually Taebo and Weight train but i wanna get a little different cardio slipped in there to shake things up! Give the body a boost in the mornings!
