Just do what you can. Then add on. If I'm doing fit tv during the commercials I will jump rope to keep me moving. On the days i really am not in the mood to exercise I jump rope and then I'm able to get started. Good Luck,

But I want to try it as a new cardio exercise. I bought my jumprope today and did a whole whopping 3 minutes before I thought I would croak. Does anyone have tips on getting started? Just keep at it? I notice people mention how many jumps they did -- is it better to count time or count jumps, or both? Thanks for your patience with my questions!
