I'm only on day 4 of the challenge but I'm having a bit of a problem. Yesterday I started on the Couch25K challenge and today I can't jump more than 5 or 6 times before tripping up. Tired muscles...WAY frustrating. I think I'm going to have to take a pass on the jumprope today or I might just kill myself when I fall on my face! Truly...I'm usually pretty good at this. Has anyone else had this kind of trouble?
