I'm a 37 yr. old SAHM trying to lose that stubborn baby weight/belly fat. I haven't exercised much the past couple of years, so I think that's the key. I'm thinking that jumping rope is a cheap and convenient way to get in some cardio. I plan on starting this Tuesday (doing Callanetics on MWF), so I'll join in on the challenges then.
