At first, I thought ...jumping rope owww I can do that. Well.... I can jump about 175 times at once. I was pusing for 15 mins. (LOL) What a surprize!!!! How long should it take me to actually be able to put in around 15 mins of jumping rope time. I calulated the jumping rope I need at least 15 mins to burn calories that I need to burn. Wish me luck!!!
