I just wanted to say hi - I joined SparkPeople about a week ago and my primary cardio has been jump roping and walking - I've been doing 5-8 1:00 -1:30 intervals with strength training in between. Apparently I used to be good at jump roping - I have a school award buried somewhere from when I was ten, but now I'm just trying to get some endurance back and maybe be able to jump rope for 10 straight minutes.
