Hi all! Keenie mentioned jump roping on another team recently, and I've just begun. I went to Keenie's SPage today to ask her a question, and I found this team; Thanks Keenie! There's just so much info on SP, never enough time to see all there is to offer.
Ok, here's my question. The first few times I just went thru the motions w/o an actual jump rope. I then used one two days ago, and I was sore yesterday and today; it's my upper chest wall, more to the sides than the middle. I'm thinking I need to somehow stretch as it feels like it's from my arm movements, but how do you stretch an area like that? Anyone experience this? Any ideas?
