Hi everyone! I'm Cheryl and I just joined today because it sounds like a fun way to build my stamina back!

I just spent 18 minutes on the elliptical -- it was supposed to be 30 minutes. Yikes! I need this!

Hello:

Newbie here! The Spark article about jump rope inspired me. I began it today and did almost 80 jumps a minute (several minutes).

How often do you jump rope a week?
