Hi everyone , I am new to the team, but not new to exerecising as I taught high impact aerobic's from age 23 until I turned 40. Then I became the student and went from one diet to another gaining weight along the way. Age has played a major roll in my weigth gain with menopause and osteoarthritis I have slowed down with my exerecisng and now at 55 I am out of control with my weight .The last time I was happy with my weight was back in 04. I went to Europe ,so I went on a stricked diet and exercise program, I went from 177lbs to 137 lbs from may to aug . I have since then gained it all back and more. I have gotten very lazy about caring about my weight. It's not that I'm happy being heavier ,I just keep making excuses for it. My goal is to enter my 60's at about 137 to 147 lbs.
