I jump rope because it is easy and cheap. I follow the Abs workout on SparkPeople

Welcome aboard. I'm new to jumping and taking it slowly.
I do a lot because I have no attention span and bore easily. So lately I've been swimming, walking, walking stairs at work, weights and all kinds of strength training.

I am a walker. Walk, walk, walk. I also jump a few minutes on the mini-trampoline to music, pilates, and cardio & small weights using a dvd. Kayaking in the nice weather too.

Every so often mix it up! Try something new for a few weeks. It keeps it fun and your body recognizes a "new exercise" and responds nicely!

Had my baby two years ago and I have got to lose the baby weight. I do the jumping for cardio, but man I have a belly. Any way to strenthen the abs while jumping? Looking to be a better jumper. More creativity and diversity. I love that there a bunch of jumpers here. What else do y'all do besides jump?
