I am a walker. Walk, walk, walk. I also jump a few minutes on the mini-trampoline to music, pilates, and cardio & small weights using a dvd. Kayaking in the nice weather too.
Every so often mix it up! Try something new for a few weeks. It keeps it fun and your body recognizes a "new exercise" and responds nicely!
