Welcome aboard. I'm new to jumping and taking it slowly. I do a lot because I have no attention span and bore easily. So lately I've been swimming, walking, walking stairs at work, weights and all kinds of strength training.
Had my baby two years ago and I have got to lose the baby weight. I do the jumping for cardio, but man I have a belly. Any way to strenthen the abs while jumping? Looking to be a better jumper. More creativity and diversity. I love that there a bunch of jumpers here. What else do y'all do besides jump?
