Hi I saw this team and decided to join. I have been jump roping for a long time now. It used to be my main source of exercise. I would jump rope when my kids were young. They are now 17, 15, and 10. It was a good way to keep an eye on them and still be able to work out. I didn't have a lot of extra funds to spend on fitness centers or sitters. It is cheap and packs a lot of exercise in. I mix my exercise up now and jump about 1 time per week.
