Stacy, I am recommitting today! I had a healthy breakfast, did my 4 flights of steps 1x and plan on doing it hourly while at work when I don't have patients. I signed up for two triathlons for next year and am conspirising with some co-workers to help keep me on track with the exercise part. I am a nester when it comes to winter and cold weather. Once I get home and it is dark I tend to put on the sweats and keep home. I signed my son up for karate at 7 PM and I will be going to a kick boxing class at 7:10, so I hope that helps also. I lost both parents a year apart and now I am done with dealing with all that and ready to get healthier. Stacy if you want a buddy, just let me know...
HELLO! I'm also recommitting - I've been on/off SparkPeople since 11/28/06, almost 6 yrs! I've also watched the scale go from 150 to 140 to 150 to currently 167, the most I have ever weighed (excluding pregnancies). If I remember correctly, my weight didn't even reached this high with my first pregnancy. Pre-baby weight was 135, 1st baby(girl) I gained 22 pounds = 157 lbs. Not a preemie, she arrived on her due date at 7lbs 2oz. So yep, more than 1st pregnancy. I'm just happy with keeping my weight at around 145-150. I have a few pounds to lose....again!!! Need to re-establish healthy eating and exercise routine.

Hello everyone! My name is Stacey and I have been on and off spark for some time (and a yo-yo dieter too). I am recommitting to getting in shape and losing weight! I would love any support and to make new friends who are also in the same boat! I love that this team is so active and seems to have lots of ideas to help stick with meal plans. I am a very busy pharmacist and work 11 hour + days so the quicker the better when I need to whip up dinner. Hope this is a great fit for me this time! :)
