Welcome! And I didn't see any TMI. We're here to support you, so let us know how we can best do that.

THIS WORKS. WENT ON WEEKS CRUISE DID NOT GAIN A POUND.

my sister walks 15,000 steps a day at 63 years old and has lost 105 pounds. she went from a size 24 to a size 10. all her health issues dropped off as the 105 pounds dropped off.

i gave up grain and sugary products and have lost 44 pounds at age 60. i went from a size 18 to a size 10 shorts and medium tops from a 1 or 2x.

we are both still loosing weight until we reach our goal

I joined this site early this morning at 3am (I work a swing shift so I'm often up very late) after attempting to go to the gym. It took me over an hour to walk 3 miles! And the only way I got through it was because I was watching TV shows on Netflix with my smart phone.

I'm not over weight at all but I'm also the laziest person I know. I've noticed that I donít' really do... anything! If I try and work out I get tired almost immediately. And for eating healthy... Itís just so much easier to get fast food or junk food than to cook a healthy meal.

I've counted too much on my high metabolism and now I have a little belly that makes me look like I'm pregnant (usually right after I eat) and I want it gone. And I want to be able to do activities without getting tiered.

I'm a little nervous about sending this intro message.... but you have to start somewhere right?
