THIS WORKS. WENT ON WEEKS CRUISE DID NOT GAIN A POUND.
my sister walks 15,000 steps a day at 63 years old and has lost 105 pounds. she went from a size 24 to a size 10. all her health issues dropped off as the 105 pounds dropped off.
i gave up grain and sugary products and have lost 44 pounds at age 60. i went from a size 18 to a size 10 shorts and medium tops from a 1 or 2x.
we are both still loosing weight until we reach our goal

It all started with a plan and has snowballed since... I was overwieght and have struggled with my weight for some time now. Growing up I was ALWAYS active. After school I got heavy into weight training and packed on some serious weight. Then came a busy work schedule and family... and thats where things went southMy weight went as high as 280 lbs. I lost a bit here and there with some dieting and then was introduced to a very controversial method of weight loss...HCG. Starting weight going into this diet was 256 lbs. Well in the process of doing this diet I started studying food and the body... Started cooking real meals...And LOVING IT!! I'm just finishing up my 40 day phase 2 of the diet and have lost 40lbs. Going into phase 3 of the diet I needed a plan and was introduced to SparkPeople. This whole site just gets me even more excited about this new journey in my life!! I am lighter, feeling great and looking forward to all this site has to offer and most of all... To a happier, healthier me!! Cheers!!
