I have two slow cookers, a 5 qt and a small one (I think 1.5 qt). I haven't used either very much lately. I have two part time jobs and am trying to exercise daily. Needless to say, time is precious to me and I have sacrificed home cook meals for the most part. I have tried slow cooking, but often stuff ends up as mush from over cooking. My husband is retired now and I think between the 2 of us we can make some healthy slow cooked meals. I'm looking forward to perusing the recipes on this site.
