Goals r great!!!

Because of my band I've reached some of my goals , such as

Don't walk with a cane anymore :)
Don't have that many meds anymore
Can exercise now
Joined a gym
Can walk through a mall without having to sit down alot.

i have alot of goals! And searching for more! My main work in progress, at the moment, is to take better care of myself by - drinking enough water, eating enough food, getting enough rest and plenty of exercise - and to lower my stress / anxiety levels! =-)
