Ok, so I am tired of feeling blah, My 4 kids are all grown, still somewhat at home, so I dont cook for anyone, and I just dont eat. What I do eat is usually good, but just not enough. I work 2 jobs 4 10 hr days in an office, and 2 12 hr days in an ER, as a coordinator. So I am hoping this group will help me wiht cooking ahead maybe.
