Hi I'm Sam, I am kind of new to this. I've been on here for about a week now. Not quite meeting my water requirements. I work as a short order cook and I am always at work around greasy food. I try to eat healthy but its hard to do with my schedule and my job. I need the most help with quitting smoking and finding better things to eat. I work mornings on the weekends but then nights in the week so that sort of throws me off a bit. I also live with 4 guys so there isn't ever a lot of healthy food in the house. Most of the time we're all just eating take-out. Which needs to stop asap!
