Welcome aboard Sha!! I am still fairly new at this and I too have quite a bit of weight to lose. I have learned if you get the emails from Spark People that they have a lot of good tips. I also read the book The Spark which was very good. I am no expert on losing weight but I am taking the necessary steps one day at a time. myname is sha. ive been trying for years to loose weight but i not even seem to loose ten pounds and keep it off ! i have no friends and no life. i have a husband butt he doesnt love me anymore. i got married when i was skinny then had kids and gained 100 pounds i want to loose 100 pounds ! please train me and be my friend
