Hello. I've been on here for about a week now. I am looking to improve my nutrition. I am 30 years old and I have always been able to maintain a healthy weight through exercise. Now that I am getting older, I am not able to burn the calories like I once did. In high school I was an all around athlete and as I entered college I began running in 5ks. I am getting to the point now where my knees and hips are aching after runs and this in turn means less workout time. I've come to the realization that if I don't improve my diet the weight will creep up. I'm not looking to be a supermodel, I just want to be strong and healthy and live a long, healthy life.
