Hello there! I'm happy to have joined this team! Cooking my own meals is a big part of my goals for good nutrition. I like knowing what exactly goes into all the things I'm eating!
I'm from Michigan, and I used to be on Spark People a year or so ago, but now I'm back and in it for the long haul:D
I would have to say my favorite recipe I've made is my 13 bean turkey chili. It's hearty and delicious!
