I am starting a new workout program, Jillian's 30 Day Shred and am looking for someone who will join up with me to be accountable with me to do our workouts? I don't enjoy exercising that much so I will really have t to push myself to do the workout consistently. I am sure I can find any number of excuses to not do my 25 min workout everyday. Is there anyone out there who would like to team up with me to commit to do their work out daily too? We can post each other when the workout is done....
