I'm suppose to get 76 grs of protein a day . I try but I don't always get there.
I eat tuna lately when I need a protein boost.

With time u'll learn alot , just let us know what u need to know.

I started at 372 and now I'm 342 . I have along way to go but I'm on the right track. And so r u!!!

I was banded 11/05/09 . And I'm upto 8 cc's
