I have a lot to loose and would love to loose it sooner than later! But don't we all???
My work schedule is very hectic and I don't always find the time to cook nutritious foods. This year I have made it a point to eating out less and cooking more! I do love cooking but don't always find the time.
I am always looking for quick, healthy, easy recipes for people like me who don't really have time to cook but need to in order to stay healthy!
