Hi all!! My name is Jules and I've been overweight pretty much my whole adult life. My friends call me a "habitual dieter" and I have to admit it's true. I've tried everthing !!! I read about sparkpeople in Good housekeeping and something about it hit me. There was something about setting just a couple goals at a time and that's what I'm going to do.
