Hello. I'm fairly new too and never was a breakfast person until I started with SP. Now, I make sure to have a high-protein breakfast and then track using the nutrition tracker. I feel full all day and haven't gone over my calories in a day, which seems impossible! I tell everyone I'm eating like a pig, but so far I've lost 13 pounds. Portion control is key, but so is realizing what healthy choices can do nutrition-wise. Check out the articles, blogs, etc. And I highly recommend the book.
