Welcome to the team. I package my chocolate in 100 and 200 calorie packages and put them in the freezer. I can only have one if I do extra good on my exercising or give up the calories elsewhere. Then I have to wait for them to thaw or they will disolve slower in the mouth and make the enjoyment last longer.

I don't think you necessarily need to BANISH those chocolate bars and salty snacks...you just need to enjoy them in moderation.

Hi! Just wanting to make exercising a regular part of my day, to get toned up, and eat in a mor.e healthy way. Banish those chocoloate bars and salty snacks!
