Like a lot of you, I've been reading a lot of articles on the Mediterranean diet and it seems to be a great plan! I'm trying to lose weight BEFORE a doctor diagnoses me with diabetes, high blood pressure, etc, and I want to do it in a healthy, sustainable way, without eating a lot of "fake" foods.
Can anyone recommend a good Mediterranean diet book? There are so many out there---I want to get the most helpful one!
