I love this diet plan! Of course you can lose on the Mediterranean Diet. It's just plain good and healthy food. It's nothing special. It's a style of eating.You plug in the meal plan in your tracker and your good to go! It's a little harder, because SparkPeople doesn't have the meal plan already made out, but I think it's worth it. It taste delicious, but that just happens to be my taste in food. I've lost 10 lbs of of it. I have other issues that makes it really hard for me to lose weight. I'm just now going to see a nutritionist, but it has nothing to do with the Mediterranen Diet.Try it! You'll just love it!
