I have tried all types of diets, but just checked out a book from the library called "Slimmer: the Mediterranean Way." I can't remember who wrote it, but he is a nutritionist from Greece. Anyway I have about 75 lbs. to lose. I am in my 60's and live in the Midwest. It's hard to get outside and exercise and I have also had some medical problems, but I am determined to lose weight so I don't end up in a wheelchair! I am looking forward to being on the Mediterranean Diet and getting to know others who are also eating this way.
