My whole world was upset in December when my husband passed away. I've created some goals for myself, one is to find a eating plan that I can live with. As I use up the food I have, I want to replace with foods that are better for me, so this would be a perfect time for me to find an eating plan that I can stick to for the long haul.
I have been reading all the news about the Mediterranean Diet. I don't do much cooking these days, lots of fruit and veggies sounds like it won't require a lot of cooking. I don't know anything about it, but from what I've seen it looks like something I could live with.
Is there a website I can visit that will give me some basic information to help me better understand the diet and what's needed to follow this eating plan?
