Hi I'm Debbie, I have been following the Low Glycemic lifestyle and wanted to incorporate this type of eating as well to my diet. I have high cholesterol and cannot take meds for it. Actually saw on the news yesterday about the Mediterranean diet study that was going on that they stopped because the results were amazing..cholesterol numbers dropped by 30% in some people, lower than taking meds.
So here I am to learn some things about the diet. I did go to the link for the free book, will start reading..
I lost 15 on the Low GI and feel great, but I'm also looking for including this type of way as well.
