Basically, I make salads every day for lunch with bulgur, quinoa or couscous, and brown rice dishes (like Spanish rice) when it is cold.
For dinner, fish, chicken or veggie burgers with a green salad, ratatouille or baked veggies.
Snacks: whole wheat tortilla or flat bread with hummus; or Greek yogurt with a few almonds or walnuts.
