My goals have changed somewhat. I need to lose 62 lbs but I'm working to lose them by Jan. 1-2014, so I have 14 months. I've been playing with low carb but the more I read on the Mediterranean Diet, the healthier it seems to me so would love to learn as much as I can about it.
I'm Vicki, 56, with about 50 lbs to lose. I've actually got 100 lbs to lose but I've set a goal of 50 lbs for my birthday next August. That will get me under 200 lbs and will get me off the blood pressure pills I'm taking now. And I think it'll give me a lot more energy to push forward and lose the rest.
