Hi JMS and welcome to Spark and the group. I don't post much on the genealogy forum since I just haven't found the time in the last couple years to research my roots but when I do I just love it.
Spark is a wonderful site and make sure you take full advantage of all the tools they have to offer. I just love the nutrition tracker along with the exercise tracker...both keep me accountable.
If you have any questions or need any help just drop me a note.
What have YOU done today to make YOU feel proud????
You may be on the right track, but if you just sit there you'll get run over - Paul H. Dunn
Hi! I recently joined SP. I feel this is going to be great support for me. I love the idea that I can find people who have the same interest(s) as myself. I'm 51, born & raised in central Iowa and have been doing genealogy for about ten years. I love looking at old pictures of ancestors to see if I resemble any of them. I'm half Norwegian from my dad's side and mom's side is a mix of English, Irish and/or Scottish and Pennsylvania Dutch. I have been married for 32 years and have two grown children and three grandsons ranging in ages 11 mo. to 10 years. I have lived in my husband's hometown in northwest Missouri for the past 22 years. I love where I live but I sometimes miss my Iowa roots. I visit there often as I still have immediate family there. I also have a tendenacy to go on and on.....
