Hi Jen and welcome to the team. I sympathize with your slow weight loss: my weight drops about 1 single pound every 3-4 weeks. Slow? Oh my yes. But steadily going down? Yes to that too! I'm now 67 years old (had a birthday last month) but with the steady exercise and healthy diet I feel better than I have in several years. It almost seems as though when the weight goes down so does the feeling of age. This is a great team that will give you lots of support. Best wishes on your journey.

Jen and to the team. Patience is my demeanor and as long as I make a little downward progress, I am thrilled. I don't like to see the scale in the upwards mode. Yes, I am losing and very slow but it feels so good!!
Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner. Try to be all that you can be. Work at it a day at a time.

I gave up Wheat, Sugar, and Dairy on Mother's Day ( now wouldn't ya think that I would be losing at least 5 #s a day or something outrages .....NO... I am very satisfied with vegi's and nuts and beans, because I like them. My "Slowest Loser" weight lose is about 2 #s a week, sometimes not even that.....Yes iam 65 and my hip and knee are not functioning right now.......but I will never give up.

My Name is Jen... I have been on this yoyo of a weight loss adventure for at least 4 years. I lose and then gain and give up. This time around I decided I am not dieting but changing my life style to be a Healthy One...
