I gave up Wheat, Sugar, and Dairy on Mother's Day ( now wouldn't ya think that I would be losing at least 5 #s a day or something outrages
I am very satisfied with vegi's and nuts and beans, because I like them. My "Slowest Loser" weight lose is about 2 #s a week, sometimes not even that.....Yes iam 65 and my hip and knee are not functioning right now.......but I will never give up.
