My name is Don and I restarted Spark people on Jan. 01, 2013. The Biggest Loser airs on Monday, so I weigh in on Tuesdays at 10:00 am after getting my wife off to work. So far I am averaging losing 1% of my bodyweight every week, with the exception of a couple of weeks the end of January. Darn that Flu!! Gained the first week and lost 0.5% the second. My doctor says I am "Insulin Resistant" or pre-diabetic so I follow a high protein, low-carb and low-fat plan. Exercise is hard for me as I have COPD and can't breathe very well, but I do what I can. I tell him "I'm still kicking, but I'm not raising much DUST!"
