Hey, I am starting to lose weight again. Yippee. I smiled after weighting myself this morning. It seems writing a food journal though tedious is worth it. Coz i've lost 2kgs, a small gain but hey it's a gain and will only motivate me to lose more. Cool Cool

Hi, I have been trying to lose weight for over 6months with very little sucess. I have lost 4kgs but have lost 8cms round my waist. To me this is more important. I guess i am just not serious enough or dedicated enough to lose the weight. But i have perservered & hopefully with the help of spark i might finally get somewhere in my journey!! Here goes nothing!!
